The course for Music Technology is an SCA Superstar Academy Program by the College of Music and Performance Arts SCA ( Superstar College of Arts )

The Music Technology Program is an intensive program specially designed to enable students to learn and develop all-round fundamental skills related to music production. Since the use of various devices composing both lyrics and melody music composition Sound Recording, Sound Mixing and Music Mastering resulting in students capable of making their own songs to become artists. By completing their studies in 6 months. Students will learn from experienced music professionals and leading university professors. Students will practice using a variety of equipment in state-of-the-art computer labs and recording studios equivalent to the US standard, and practice the use of music writing, composing and recording software widely used in world-class professional circles such as Logic Studio and Pro Tools. Additionally, during the course students will have lab hours to complete various projects throughout the course which will train students to produce their own music completely at home or using a professional studio professionally.

Different learning topics in the MUSIC TECHNOLOGY course:

Intro to Music Production & Songwriting

Students will learn about overviews, procedures, and devices used in music production. Students will be able to begin producing or making their own music with the first step: composing. (Songwriting), which includes learning the structure of different types of songs. In composing and songwriting, students are required to compose their own songs to be submitted as a final project of this course, which students can use to produce the next level of music in the next course.

Logic Studio & Music Arrangement

Students will learn the procedures and principles of arranging music. and experiment by composing their own music or the songs of their choice,  students will learn to use Logic Studio, the most widely used music production program in professional circles around the world. Students are required to compose their own songs with Logic Studio to be submitted as a final project of this course, which students can use for recording, which is the next step in the music production process.

Recording

Students will learn both the theory and practice of audio recording. Learn techniques for using the equipment in    the recording studio, and the various types of microphones in the recording of each instrument, students will complete their own music recording project by inviting musicians to record live in the recording studio. The recorded songs can be used to mix sounds to make music in the next stage of music production.

Pro Tools & Mixing

Students will learn to use Pro Tools, a music production program used for recording and mixing sounds, used by every professional studio around the world. In which students will bring their own recorded work to try Mix (mixture of sounds) to make their own music, which will be the final project of the course. Students will also learn basic music mastering techniques. This is the last step of the music production process.
